Sydney Seal ITP
Sydney Seal enforces the use of ITP's on all its projects. The ITP's make up part of our organisations' Quality Assurance and Management Plan. Inspection and Test Plans set out critical control points or 'hold points' at various stages within each process. Each control point is a scheduled inspection or verification activity where we make sure that things are progressing as they should be. Planned and executed properly, an ITP will ensure a consistent output; by implementing the use of Inspection and Test Records, our Organisation aims to:
- Provide assurance to our clients that products and services meet the specified requirements.
- Ensure that items conform to specification
- Plan and control work processes in sequence;
- Plan and carry out inspection and testing to verify that the work processes are effective and that all finished work complies with the Contract;
- Ensure confirmation that the work complies with the contract; and
- Keep orderly records to demonstrate that the works comply with the contract;

- Tanking
- Landscape Areas
- Balconies/Terraces
- Roof | Systems
- Epoxy Flooring
